D.,1887, at twelve o'clock arid thirty-five min-utes in the afternoon, in Book '-S'' of As-signments, on page 106. and thereafter dulyassigned by said The Pioneer Real Estateand Building Society— a corporation, to Dan-iel Mullen Jr., by deed of assignment, duivevecuted and delivered, and dulyrecorded inthe office of the register of deeds, aforesaid,on the sth day of April,A. D. 1889, at twoo'clock and twenty minutes iv the afternoon,in Book 27 of Assignments, on page 55 : andthere is claimed to be due and there isactually due at the date of this notice, uponsaid mortgage and the debt thereby secured.the sum of one hundred and forty-two ana88-100 dollars ($14288), and no ac-tion or proceeding has been institutedat 'law or otherwise' to recover the debtthereby secured or any part thereof: now,therefore, notice is hereby given that byrea-son of the power of sale" contained in saidmortgage, ana pursuant to . the.- statute insuch case made and provided, the said mort-gage will be foreclosed by sale of the prem-ises therein described, at public vendue, tothe highest bidder for cash, by the sheriff ofRamsey county, state of Minnesota, at thefront door of the office of the sheriff of thesaid Ramsey county, on Monday, the seven-teenth day of June. A. D. 1839, at ten o'clockin the forenoon of that day, to satisfy theamount that shall then be due upon the' titstinstallment of the principal sum secured bysaid mortgage,- with all interest that shallthen be due. together with the costs and ex-penses of . such sale, includingthe sum oftwenty-five dollars .as attorney's fees asstipulated in said mortgage in case of fore-closure thereof.
