PARTIAL IMPAIRMENT TAGS

After the yellow tag has lapsed sixty (60) days, can a firm place another yellow tag on the system for the same impairment?

NO - At this point the yellow tag is viewed as a red tag.

Does the firm have to physically return to the business and place a red tag on the system?

NO – The fire inspector will review the tag and determine that it has lapsed sixty (60) days.
