Heart Intelligence in Action How to Achieve Success and HAPPINESS with JOY and EASE

By Nicholas de Castella We are not given an instruction manual at birth and we are not taught about success and happiness at school so we do the best we can. Often we unconsciously copy our parents who role modelled how to cope with life.

In 1988 after completing my thesis on the relationship between Quantum Physics and Architecture I learnt how to free myself of self-sabotage, pain and struggle. And create what I want in my life with joy and ease.

For over 25 years I have continued to develop and teach these principles…

FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES 1. Your Heart is Intelligent (Heart is the master, the brain the servant). 2. To be able to access this intelligence you need to be able to feel. 3. You can talk to and receive messages from your heart. 4. Our feelings condition what we perceive and our experience (our world). 5. The world we live in is a projection of the state of our heart (feelings). 6. We shift ‘realities’ by cultivating positive ‘Heart States’. 7. Our world manifests in resonance with our dominant heart state

5 Steps to Awakened Presence

Heart Centring By Nicholas de Castella

H = Here, Now... Stop going any where, doing anything,. Spend a few moments practising mindfulness. Let yourself settle down, be still. Do not try to make anything happen. Focus your attention on the infinite stillness that is the background of all activity.

E = Experience... Tune in to the actual physical sensations that you experience and their location. Notice which emotional state you are feeling as you are feeling the sensations. Do you feel happy, sad,, excited, scared, angry, peaceful or blank?

R = Respiration, Breathe... Spend a few moments practising gentle, relaxed flowing, connected breathing: Breath in gently, filling your belly, feeling the chest expanding gently (heart area). Count 2 extra counts on inhale (not forced) bring awareness to top of your head, Exhale: imagine a balloon collapsing, Count 2 at end of exhale (into stillness)

A = Attitude: Accept and Allow... Allow the feelings to just be as they are and to change as they may or may not. Maintain a childlike (judgement free) curiosity to the experience that is unfolding. Make sure you do not force it or ‘try’ to hard to make something happen Be a benevolent (kind hearted) witness of your experience.

T = Tune into Heart and be True... Tune into the area in your chest especially in your heart region. Focus on Love and gratitude: Think of someone that you love. Feel the love ... Allow the loving feelings to get stronger as you continue to breathe up into your heart. Notice what comes into your awareness. Enjoy this moment (it is all you’ve got).

STEPS TO MANIFESTING ASPIRATIONS by Nicholas de Castella

WRITTEN -Writing your aspiration down is the first step in making them a physical reality. Once written your subconscious mind goes about finding a way to make them happen.

FUN – Make it sound like your having a great time and lots of fun, and it is easy

BELIEVABLE - Choose aspirations that stretch your abilities and yet are within what you believe to be possible.

BE SPECIFIC - Make sure they are specific, measurable and attainable. The clearer you are about what you want the more readily it will manifest.

BALANCED - It is important to set long and short-term in all areas of you life in order to ensure that you maintain a sense of balance. Some such areas are: Relationships Self Image Career Personal growth Leisure Physical fitness Prosperity Health Spiritual

WRITING ASPIRATIONS PRESENT TENSE - Write in the present tense, as if it’s already true. Free beer tomorrow! E.g. "I am ..." "I have ..." NOT "I will ..." "I am going to..." 5 SENSES PLUS EMOTION - Use your imagination and describe your goals as vividly as possible, as if they where already a reality. Describe them using your 5 senses and the feelings you would have if you had already achieved the goal. First you feel it then you see it! COMMIT TO IT- Be 100 % committed to your aspirations. A major reason for under achievement is lack of commitment. If you achieve you aspiration and decide that you want something else then go for that! BREAK THE GOAL DOWN List the specific action steps you are going to take to achieve it. MAKE A DATE Choose a realistic date for you to undertake each of the steps and mark these dates in your diary. ALLOW FOR BETTER - Expect the unexpected. Often the universe will supply you in unexpected ways. Always allow for something better than what you are expecting by concluding your aspirations with: "This or something better". REWARD YOURSELF - Upon the achievement of your goal it is good to reward yourself. The recognition of your success will strengthen your self-image and help you to build a success program; this then contributes to the realisation of your other goals.
