VOLUME DISTINCTION Volume from the existing Life Force compensation plan is referred to as Life Force Volume in this document.Volume from the PO3 compensation component is referred to as Spark Pack BV (Business Volume) or Spark Pack QV (Qualifying Volume) for commissionable and qualifying volume respectively.
SPARK PACK DETAILSSpark Packs are special packs of product(s) that are only available through the PO3 program.
Volume from these packs pays bonuses through the PO3 compensation component rather than the existing Life Force compensation plan. However, this volume will also count towards a Member’s qualifying volume requirements (QV) for personal volume, frontline qualifier volume, and six-level volume under the existing Life Force compensation plan.
FREE PRODUCT QUALIFICATION A Member or Customer who enrolls a minimum of three or more Customers with a combined Spark Pack volume of 150BV on Autoship may be eligible to receive their own 50BV Spark Pack product for free. Applicable shipping and tax always apply in full for both purchased and free product packs earned.
To qualify, an individual must have an Autoship setup with the appropriate Spark Pack QV. When the individual’s Autoship is processed, they must have a minimum of three or more Customers personally enrolled and placed on their first level who had Spark Pack volume processed in the previous autoship period.
A combined Spark Pack volume from a minimum of three customers of 150BV in the previous autoship period is required to be eligible to receive a free 50BV Spark Pack.
A combined Spark Pack volume from a minimum of three customers of 300BV in the previous autoship period is required to be eligible to receive either two 50BV or one 100BV Spark Pack for free.
The criteria that is used to determine how many Spark Packs an individual will earn free is calculated by applying one-third of the total personally enrolled Customers’ (minimum of three Customers) Spark Pack volume as the maximum volume of Spark Pack product an individual will receive free on their next Autoship.
Only one free product Autoship order is eligible per month on any account, and no more than two 50BV Spark Pack products or one 100BV Spark Pack products may be received for free. Any personally enrolled Customer Spark Pack order can only qualify toward a single Autoship toward earning free product.
A Member or Customer with an Autoship setup with a 100BV Spark Pack who enrolls a minimum of three or more Customers with a combined Spark Pack volume of 300BV on Autoship may be eligible to receive their own 100BV Spark Pack product for free. Applicable shipping and tax always apply in full for both purchased and free product packs earned.

The BV is removed from any free Spark Pack an individual earns, however the free Spark Pack would retain its QV for qualification purposes.

A maximum of 100BV per personally enrolled customer will count towards an individuals free product.
FAST START BONUS† • Paid weekly based on the enroller tree.• Compression applies.• The first 208 Spark Pack BV per order pays Fast Start Bonus and pays no additional commissions.• Volume in excess of 208 BV pays regular Spark Pack commissions.
A new Member (registering in the current month) must have a First Time Order in the same month, and an Autoship set up in the current and following month, to receive Fast Start Bonuses.*
*A new Member’s First Time Order (FTO) must be placed within the same week they register to qualify for Fast StartBonuses for that week.
A Current Customer that upgrades to Member status must have an order processed in the previous month, or earlier in the same month they upgrade to Member status to qualify for Fast Start Bonuses for that week.
Fast Start Bonus payout to the first level enroller is based on the following criteria:• 50% is paid if personal qualifying volume is 100 QV or more• 40% is paid if personal qualifying volume is between 50 QV and 99 QV• No bonus is paid if personal qualifying volume is less than 50 QV.
Fast Start Bonus payout to the second, third and fourth level enrollers is based on the following:15% is paid to the second level enroller and 10% is paid to the third and fourth level enrollers if qualifying volume is 100 QV or more, provided they have personally enrolled a new Customer or Member with Spark Pack volume in the current or previous two monthly volume periods.

A current Member must have an Autoship set up in the current month and an Autoship order processed in the prior month to qualify for Fast Start Bonuses. The Autoship can be for Spark Pack(s) or other Life Force products. To qualify for Fast Start Bonus second and third level enroller payout, you must meet the additional requirements outlined within this section.

The Residual Bonus pays to sponsors based on rank using the payment schedule and volume requirements listed in the table below.
Rank qualifications are based on the sum of Personal Volume (Spark Pack QV only ) and Customer Center Volume (Spark Pack QV only).
CUSTOMER CENTERA Customer Center is comprised of all Customers personally enrolled and placed on their first level, any Customers they have enrolled, and so on, until there is an intervening Member within a leg.
Ranks are also based on Total Organization Volume (Spark Pack QV only ), with no single leg being allowed to contribute more than a given percentage of the required volume. A Member’s Personal Volume and Customer Center Volume count as a separate leg when evaluating leg weights.

Gold ranked Members and above are eligible to receive a matching bonus on the Residual Bonuses received by their enrollment downline (downline following the enrollment tree). The payout schedule is listed in the table below.
POOL BONUSES • Paid monthly.• Pool bonuses receive 4.5% of all total monthly non-First Time Order (FTO) business volume as follows:
• 0.75% is divided among all Platinum through 2 star Diamonds. Platinum receive 3 shares Diamond receive 4 shares 1 Star Diamond receive 5 shares 2 Star Diamond receive 6 shares
• 1.0% is divided among equally among all 3 Star Diamonds.
• 1.25% is divided equally among all Crown Diamond.
