In his fracture pictures he broke images into segments and re-assembled them, and since 2005 has worked on a series entitled ‘remix’ which has seen him rework his favourite pictures. We display over 300 of Baselitz’s original works and you can learn more with a guided art tour.

Our neighbouring Ermelerhaus building is steeped in history and houses a choice of stunning rooms boasting a breathtaking ceiling fresco and equally impressive chandeliers for between five and 100 delegates. Our Heroes & Villains rooms in the hotel’s modern part have floor to ceiling windows and are perfect for meetings for up to 60 delegates.
