Built by developers because they could

What the competitors already have

What the competitors haven’t had time to build yet

Thought out by the Product ownerbut targeting the wrong market

Designed by the interaction designers because it looks cool

”I’ll solve this by specifying exactly what you are allowed to build!”

”You already know that doesn’t work!”

Agile

Lean Startup

Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software. Business people and developers must work together daily throughout the project. The most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a development team is face-to-face conversation.

By eliminating wasteful practices and increasing value-producing practices during the product development phase, through an evidence-based approach, startups can have a better chance of success without requiring large amounts of outside funding, elaborate business plans, or the perfect product.

With the use of user experience methods we understand what needs to built and how it needs to function to support the end user. We do this by getting to know the users and their situation. We know what actually gives user value when actual users use the product in an authentic situation.

LeanUX

Agile UX (together with Agile) answers how something should be built, with whom and in what way

- by leaving slow document-centered thinking, focusing on

collaborating and making the work process more efficient

- through Design Studio, Cross-functional pairing, etc.

Lean (Startup) UX helps us with why we should build the product- by quickly building, measuring and validating, and making the work process more effective- through minimum viable products focusing on validated learningUser

WhoFind out who will help us reach the impact and validate this

What

Find out what needs these people have to help us reach the impact and validate this

HowFind out how we can build to support these needs and validate this

A strategy to lean on during the whole discovery and delivery cycle is required to align all involved
