Nearly all components and systems are also available in explosionprotected design complying with ATEX and IECEx. The ST and SC chain hoist programmes from STAHL CraneSystems rank among the most distinctive and comprehensive on offer in the world. The robust classic ST proves itself in operation day by day in the safe working load range from 125 kg to 6,300 kg. The SC chain hoist supplements the ST chain hoist programme and will convince you with its technically mature design, one of the most uptodate available at present. It is available in five variants in the safe working load range from 6 kg to 5,000 kg. STAHL CraneSystems’ SH and AS 7 wire rope hoist programmes and the SW winch programme are reliable, highperformance, longlived and largely maintenancefree. The adaptable SH wire rope hoists are employed in the safe working load range from 500 kg to 25,000 kg. The upper safe working load range from 125,000 kg is covered by the AS 7 wire rope hoists. The SW winch programme extends the range of appli cations into the heavy lifting field up to 250,000 kg. There is a challenging industry behind natural gas liquefaction plants. Working with inflammable gas is susceptible to risks and may lead to accidents entailing high costs. For this reason we use hoisting tech nology from STAHL CraneSystems for all fields of LNG tech nology. Only in this way is everything optimally coordinated and continuous per for mance, long service life and high efficiency guaranteed.
STAHL CraneSystems’ LNG hoists are specifically designed for main tenance work in natural gas liquefaction plants (LNG) and certified in acc. with the strict ATEX directives and IECEx regulations. Thanks to their highquality components and robust design they are optimally suited for use in coastal areas with challenging climate conditions.
The range of LNG wire rope hoists extends from explosionprotected standard LNG wire rope hoists in safety level 1 for daytoday maintenance work, to LNG wire rope hoists with two rope drums in safety level 2, to the doubly safeguarded LNG wire rope hoists in safety level 3A and 3B guaranteeing a maximum of safety. Thanks to the redundant design and rocking suspension, STAHL CraneSystems’ LNG wire rope hoists in safety level 3B are considered to be the safest hoists on the international market available at present.
