However it is possible that due the monopoly, once finished to implement, the costs will rise for the users, because there wouldn’t be rivalry, and looking at the political world is not for been surprised that the turn leaders endorse the excess in the passage prices. Another bad point is that small owners can be economically affected; being that the same monopoly would prevent them to continue with their small companies. According to the comments of some transports, they are obliged to sell their vehicles, giving those benefits by a limited time. The citizens would have to get used of the new massive transport of Bogotá, because there’s will not reversal, the new public transport will me more crowded when the information is clear and available for everyone. .
