Jessie Ware - Night Light

In Jessie Ware's music video for 'Wildest Moments' there is a heavy contrast between the colour of her clothes and the background. As shown in the picture the background is a grey which contrasts with the white clothes she is wearing.

Throughout the video she is spinning whilst the background gets gradually lighter and lighter.

Azelia Banks - 212

In the music video for '212', there is a black and white filter used throughout the video. This makes the video appear as edgy and sticks out. The video is very plain and simple the whole way through which is why it is an abstract music video.There is a contrast between her and the brick wall behind her. This is because she sticks out due to the clothing she is wearing which comes out white.

This video is another which is entirely in black and white. There is a contrast throughout between her and the background. At the start she is in all black on a white background which could represent a happier time in her life. during the middle of the video she is with the man while the background is a dark shade of grey. This allows the audience to interpret that he is a burden on her life. Towards the end she is let free from the dancers and the white background is back which represents her as being back to her true self and happy again.
