tape 3 batteries together positive to negative

positive negative

test by connecting positive LED wire (long) to positive and negative wire (short) to negative on battery pack

fan black wire out and tape to negative side of battery pack

fan long red wire out and tape to positive side of battery pack

cross red and black wires and tape to battery pack

test holding red to positive (long) LED wire and black to negative (short) LED wire

thread long wire through switch whole, wrap around itself and tape

repeat with short read wire

bend positive (long) LED wire into a V, wrap red wire around it, squeeze and tape

repeat with black and negative

test again and remove washer and nut

insert battery into hilt and feed switch through hole

test again

attach just the nut

optionally insert diffusion paper into tube

test again
