What COVID Has Taught Us about Mental Health
While much of the focus of the pandemic was on preserving physical health, COVID also took a serious toll on our mental health. Remote learning, working from home,
financial difficulties, lack of social interaction and ongoing uncertainty were just a few of the stressors over the
past year. These challenging times have taught us some important lessons about mental health. Carrying those lessons with us and learning from them is critical to our wellbeing going forward. Join us as our panelists share
from their experiences and come away with tips and tools for what works and what doesn’t work in maintaining our
psychological happiness.
