Combination of varieties at its finest
Tube loading//polytype linearis offers high process stability for transferring tubes from the transport chain to the mandrels. The take-off drum operates using vacuum trays and vacuum star prisms.
Tube cleaningTubes and sleeves are cleaned using ionization with dust removal.
Surface pre-treatmentThe //polytype gas flame or Corona pre-treatment ensure optimum surface pre-treatment.
Ink curingUV ink curing is performed after each operation. Exchangeable, water-cooled lamps also enable overlap curing in every printing position.
Screen printingThe rotary screen printing station is ideal for high speeds while maintaining the highest quality. It is designed to enable fast screen changes inside and outside the machine.
Lacquer curingA separate //polytype UV oven is used to ensure uniform lacquer curing. Its progressive power regulation is de-signed for premium lacquer quality.
Tube unloading//polytype linearis offers high process stability for transferring tubes from the mandrels to the transport chain.
VarnishingThe anilox roller varnishing unit can be installed at any position in the machine and ensures uni- form application of glossy or matt varnishes.
Metallic effects//polytype cold- and hot-stamp-ing units deliver outstanding re-sults in applying metallic design elements even at high speeds and can be operated either to-gether or separately.
Flexo printingThe flexo printing station is equipped with a temperature- controlled anilox roller. It is designed for quick and easy plate changes (//polytype design) and fast print adjustment inside and outside the machine.

//polytype offers a selection of enhancements to expand your //polytype linearis and make your production prepara-tions more efficient. A service trolley can be used to change over printing units fast and also set them up outside the machine. Two mounting systems are available. The flexo plate mounting system helps you align printing plates per-fectly with a precision camera. The screen frame mounting system including a welding device is a high-precision acces-sory that reduces change over time significantly.
