Why Seniors? Seniors, like any other population group, have a unique experience with homelessness. Seniors have different resources and options available to them. The challenges are also different.

Outreach….• Provide intensive case management for

homeless and at risk seniors

• Mediate between landlord and tenant- • remains a neutral party

• Assist clients with referrals

• Assist with logistics of moving

• Provide emotional support

• Provide follow up service post-housing to ensure housing is stable and client is supported.

16 bachelor/1 bedroom units in non-profit building

Rent is geared towards income: 30% or $375Units are fully furnishedUtilities, cable, phone providedBasic household items providedPets are okay in some buildingsNon-smoking units only

Clients are screened before entry. 55 + or older adult with disabilitySome storage and moving assistance available for client
