• Zwak rendement: 0.7 t/ha
• Achteruitgang en gebrek aan stockage-infrastructuurvoor landbouwproducten
• Geen bank voor zaden, planten, meststoffen, …
• Verslechtering hydro-agrarische infrastructuur
• Zeer zwakke beheersstructuur
• Versnelde landdegradatie, ontbossing, verzilting en dichtslibbing van irrigatiewerken, ...

Aantal lineaire kilometers van verwezenlijkte kanalen(voeding en drainage): 6.283 m
Tewerkstelling: 56.000 personen-dagen
2 geïrrigeerde perimeters:
Croix-fer : 124 213 ha: 428 actieve landbouwers
K-Laroche : 9 90 ha: 255 actieve landbouwers
Rendement: van 0.7 naar 1.5 t/ha
Een technische studie (APD) – voorstel voor een 3de te irrigeren perimeter (Bidal): potentieel voor 114 landbouwers
