This time it was a Drive-Thru Pork Chop Dinner. Keeping everyone within the proper social distancing, the Drive-Thru Dinner began at the St. Victoria Catholic Church, which continues to welcome the Lions, and where the kitchen facilities work well for them. Lions took orders at curbisde, through the car windows, and ran inside to get the carry-out boxed dinners that included pork chops, scalloped potatoes, baked beans, bread roll, and chocolate chip cookie -- all for only $10. People drove to the parking lot at St. Victoria, got in line at the south entrance, placed their order, and drove away with their dinners. Most people brought their dinners home to eat. Some of us drove to the nearby Lions Park Pavilion to eat there, with a few others who were also seeking a little camaraderie after long lockdowns at home. Lion Al Orsen, Mary Moore, Lion LeRoy Worm.
