Looking Ahead
• It is believed that when the liquid rod pump is market ready it
will immediately have uses in the horizontal well application.
• Potential:
o Capture a large percentage of horizontal artificial lift
application
o We believe this pump is less expensive, long lasting and
more efficient
o Working prototypes, test results, design improvements and
other marketing data will be used to gain a large portion of
the market
o Begin development of the disposal & deep water well
technology covered by the patents
• After market share is established:
o Continue developing the technology and patents protection
to branch out into more conventional pumping applicationsConfidential and Proprietary to

Investment Opportunities
• Liquid Rod has investment opportunities in the ongoing R&D
efforts of the patent pending and awarded pump technologies
which are currently being tested in Cochran Co. TX.
• Future development activities include:o Design improvements
o Test analysis
o Material analysis
o Support in preparing pump to a market and manufactured ready
state
