Candidates outside this position may have to pass the PLAB exams to follow such pattern. Candidates once successful through the interviews will have to undergo an Occupational Health check from our University Hospital before they start their fellowship. We follow a timetable wherein the fellow will gain experience from two highly qualified and board certified facial plastic surgeons who are also a part of the committee of EAFPS. In addition to clinical work, the fellows are expected to work heavily on research and be involved in publishing peer-reviewed articles. Fellows should attend the EAFPS annual meetings and other relevant meetings and are preferred to present papers in these meetings. Fellows in conjunction with EAFPS education board will have to undertake the Board certification examination at the end of a year of fellowship. In addition to full fellowship, we also offer observerships and working visits.
