Vu le décret n02011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n02018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ;

Vu le décret n02012/537 du 19 novembre 2012 portant organisation du Ministère de la Fonction Publique et de la Réforme Administrative ;

Vu le décret n02018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement;

Vu le décret n02000/696/PM du 13 septembre 2000 fixant le Régime Général des Concours Administratifs;

Vu l'arrêté n0006532/MINFOPRA du 03 août 2018 portant ouverture d'un concours de formation pour le recrutement de trente (30) élèves Conseillers Principaux de Jeunesse et d'Animation (CPJA) et de trente (30) élèves Conseillers de Jeunesse et d'Animation (CJA) à l'Institut National de la Jeunesse et des Sports (INJS) de Yaoundé, au titre de l'année académique 2018/2019 ;

Vu l'arrêté n0006533/MINFOPRA du 03 aoùt 2018 portant ouverture d'un concours de formation pour le recrutement de quatre-vingts (80) élèves Professeurs Certifiés d'Education Physique et Sportive (PEPS) et de quarre-vingts (80) élèves Professeurs Adjoints d'Education Physique et Sportive (PAEPS) à l'Institut National de la Jeunesse et des Sports (INJS) de Yaoundé, au titre de l'année académique 2018/2019 ;

Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of deCTee No. 75/789 of 18 December 1975 to lay down

the Special Rules and Regulations governing the corps of Youth and Sports civil servants;

Mindful of dectee No. 94/199 of 7 October 1994 on the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2000/287 of 12 October 2000;

Mindful of decsee No.201l/408 of9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018;

Mindful of decree No.20 12/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform;

Mindful of decree No.2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshuffie the Government;

Mindful of decree No.2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to fix the General System of Government Competitive Examinations;

Mindful ofOrder No.006532/MINFOPRA of 3 August 2018 to announce a training competitive examination to recruit 30 (thirty) student Senior Youth and Action CounseHors (CPlA) and 30 (thirty) student Youth and Action Counsellors (ClA) into the National lnstitute ofYouths and Sports (NIYS) Yaounde for the 2018/2019 academic year;

Mindful ofOrder No.006533/MINFOPRA of 3 August 2018 to announce a training competitive examination to recruit 80 (eighty) student Sports and Physical Education Tutors (PEPS) and 80 (eighty) student Assistant Sports and Physical Education Tutors (PAEPS) into the National lnstitute ofYouths and Sports (NIYS) Yaounde for the 2018/2019 academic year;

Vu la lettre n0086/L/INJS/DR/DAlNJS/SDS du 06 mars 2019 suggérant l'admission définitive des candidats des listes d'attente en lieu et place des lauréats admis par « tiers supérieur. au second cycle à l'Institut National de la Jeunesse et des Sports constatés démissionnaires, au titre de l'année académique 2018-2019,

Mindful of decision No.00057/MINFOPRNSG/DDRHE/SDC /SCDB of 23 January 2019 ta admit by « 1/3 Ii of PAEPS 3 and CIA 3 ta cycles of first year Student Sports and Physical Education T utors (pEPS 1) and first year Senior Youth and Action CounseHors (CPIA 1) for the 2018-2019 academic year;

Mindful of Ietter No. 086/L/INIS/DR/DAINIS/SDS of 06 March 2019 ta suggest the final admission of candidates on the waiting lists in replacement of successful candidates admitted by d/3. ta the second cycle at the NIYS who did not register for the 2018-2019 academic year,

DÉCIDEIHEREBY DECIDE AS FOLLOWS: Article lor .- la présente décision constate le désistement de certains élèves et porte admission par «tiers supérieur» des élèves Professeurs Adjoints d'Education Physique et Sportive troisième année (PAEPS 3) et Conseillers de Jeunesse et d'Animation troisième année (C]A 3) issus des listes d'attente aux cycles des élèves Professeurs Certifiés d'Education Physique et Sportive première année (PEPS 1) et Conseillers Principaux de Jeunesse et d'Animation première année (CP]A 1) au titre de l'année académique 2018/2019. /This decision notes the withdrawal of sorne students and. the admission by « 1/3 JI of PAEPS 3 and. Article 2.- Est constaté, le 06 mars 2019, le désistement de certains élèves dont les noms suivent, admis par « tiers supérieur» en première année des cycles des élèves Professeurs Certifiés d'Education Physique et Sportive première année (pEPS 1) et Conseillers Principaux de Jeunesse et d'Animation première année (CP]A 1), au titre de l'année académique 2018/2019/0n 6th March 2019, the withdrawal of the following students admitted by « 1/3 JI of the first year cycles of PEPS 1 and.
