Since Jan. 1, post-secondary institutions are
charging tuition to students with and without
high school diplomas. The maximum level is
$533 per course at CNC and $560 at SD57.
This will affect students upgrading towards
employment related goals.
Another barrier to literacy for many people.
The City of Prince George is very supportive of
education and literacy as one of the social
determinants of health.
Include literacy in your Social and Sustainability planning. e. g. City Service Review (Plain and Clear Language and Document Design)
