1. The students should sit in a circle and the
teacher will stand in the centre of the circlebut the teacher is advised to stand at 45 o angle so that the teacher does not show herback to the students when telling the story.
2. The teacher will tell the story of Beauty andThe Beast using paper puppets and it isadvisable for the teacher to use bodygestures and action to explain the story tothe students.

4 After singing the jazz chant, the students aredivided into three to four groups and they will
be provided a script from different scenes in thestory and they should act out the scriptspontaneously and the group which perform agood act will be rewarded marks.
5 After that, the students will remain in the samegroups and one representative from each groupwill be asked to become the person who standson the board to play the snake and ladder game.

6 Each group will take turn to throw the diceand has to answer the question and if thegroup members successfully answer thequestion, then they will sing the same jazzchant to celebrate their victory and if they

6 Each group will be provided the materials tomake the mobile (glue, scissors, hole punch,ribbon, straw and the characters in the rhyme).
They were given 30 minutes to complete the taskof making the mobile (teacher should guide thestudents throughout the activity).

9 The teacher instructed the students to glue the largerectangular piece around the toilet paper tube toform the body of the wolf character.
10 Next, the students glue the tail onto the back of thetoilet paper to make a 3D effect.
11 The head of the wolf will glue onto the front of thetoilet paper roll while the paws on sides so that thecrafts look like they are in a sitting position.
12 After the crafts are done, the students are requiring tolist down the characteristics of the wolf at the back ofthe craft.
