Establish measuring target for growth and have monthly conference calls to address concerns and viable solutions with both the professional and student chapter leaders. Through my role on the National Board, make recommendations to key strategic committees that will eliminate reporting for the sake of reporting. We should be reporting on results bench marked against our National goals and objectives as well as meeting all legal and IRS reporting requirements. Increase networking and marketing focusing again on accomplishments. Networking with the business community through rotary clubs, chambers and similar groups.
