Master StateroomMaster Stateroom
The master stateroom is located aft. It is full beam and features two long 7-foot berths (doubleto port, single to starboard). Storage lockers run along the hull above the berths and storagelockers and drawers are beneath the berths. There is a hanging locker and three-drawer dresserto starboard. Forward of the port berth are two lockers. One is oversized and accessible fromboth the stateroom and the master head. There is a vanity with two drawers and a mirror forwardon the center bulkhead.
To port is the owner’s head, complete with VacuFlush toilet, vanity, sink, medicine cabinet,several storage lockers, linen locker and hanging locker. Forward of that is the owner’s stallshower. This shower has access from the both the owner’s head and the aft end of the mainsaloon. Excellent ventilation and emergency deck access from the stateroom is provided by alarge open hatch in the center of the room. The ship’s systems can be monitored by a B&Gdisplay.
Navigation StationNavigation Station
The Nav Station is forward of the saloon on the port side. It is complete with a full array ofelectronics, large chart table with 17” flat panel display. There is drawer storage beneath the

Nav station as well as several lockers. An opening port and overhead light provide a well lit areaany time of night or day.

The walk-through galley is aft of the salon on the starboard side. It features Corian countertopsto port and starboard, A privacy door from the aft end of the galley leads into the owner’sstateroom. Opening ports and a bright white interior make the area feel bright and roomy. Thegalley includes:

The main salon is 4(?) steps down from the cockpit. The beautifully varnished teak and hollyfloors give it a rich feeling and 6 opening ports make the room feel light and airy. To port is asettee that can be converted to an additional berth. It has multiple drawers under it for storage.To starboard is a U-shaped dinette with teak dining table. A bench seat stores below the tableand can be used as additional seating. There are storage lockers over the settee and additionalstorage in two lockers on the forward bulkhead and a four-drawer dresser. Entertainment isprovided by a stereo system (new 2015) a flat panel TV and Blu-Ray disc player.
Guest StateroomsGuest Staterooms
Forward of the main salon to starboard is a guest stateroom with double bunks with two largestorage bins above. There are multiple drawers and a hanging locker for additional storage. Thisstateroom has its own ensuite head, with vanity, sink, medicine cabinet, hanging locker,several storage lockers and Wilcox-Crittendon head and shower.
To port is the second guest stateroom that mirrors the one to starboard with double bunks. Itdoes have additional drawer storage. It also has an ensuite head with shower. A door in theforward bulkhead and forward end of the shower provides direct access into the forepeakstorage.

ForepeakForepeak
The forepeak includes a functional workbench and tool storage area. A large hatch over theforepeak allows gear to be taken directly in or out, and a stainless ladder provides access to andfrom the deck.
The engine and generator are in one compartment under the cockpit and are accessible from all4 sides. The engine compartment is completely insulated with Sound Down insulating foampanels.

Hull was sanded, faired and barrier coated and topsides were Awlgripped during 2008/09 refit.Hull is hand laid fiberglass with Airex foam core sandwich with internal lead ballast. Fiberglassdeck with Divinycell foam core construction. Hand laid teak decks, refinished with plugs andpolysulfide replaced. Rubrail with stainless steel striker. Hull is Forest Green Awlgrip. Newbottom paint (2015). The centerboard is two-part female molded FRP with bronze protectiveshoe on leading edge and solid FRP around pin area. The centerboard has a highly efficient foilshape for performance upwind under sail. Centerboard hoist via wire cable to winch on deckusing highest quality, 1/4", 7x19 S/S wire (2009). The centerboard trunk is molded FRP. Thebalanced spade rudder is two-part female molded FRP with 3-1/2" S/S rudder stock. Rudderblade molded around S/S frame welded to rudder stock. Rudder stock supported by upperHarken bearing and lower Duromax bearing. In July, 2015, rudder was lowered and inspected,and the lower bushing was replaced. A bronze stuffing box is provided with graphiteimpregnated packing. Centerboard configuration offers a minimum draft of 6’-4” with board upand a maximum draft of 13’-5” with board down.
