RecipeMeatballs with Vegetable Pasta
Slice the Yellow Pepper and Onion into slices, and chop the tomatoes into large chunks. Roll the Minced Sausages into small balls. Add some oil to a pan and sauté your onions until brown, then add the peppers, tomatoes, and garlic, season generously and lower the heat. Cook for 30 minutes on a low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Whilst the vegetables are simmering down, cook your pasta and pan fry the meatballs until thoroughly cooked, then add the pine nuts and lightly toast them.
When everything is cooked, drain the pasta, and toss together with the meatballs and tomato sauce, and Enjoy!
