COMMUNION CALLS

Every first Monday of each month, Deacon John

Levison and Deacon Phil Regan will be bringing Holy

Communion to the sick and shut-ins.

Deacon Levison will be seeing the parishioners from

The Parish of the Visitation and St. Raymond and

Deacon Regan will visit the parishioners from St.

Andrew’s Church.

PVSR PRAYER LINE – LET US PRAY

Please remember in your prayers all of our parish

family and friends who suffer emotionally, spiritually

or physically especially for Richard O’Brien. If you

wish to have someone listed for one month, please

contact the Parish office at 315-384-4242.

Anyone from Our Catholic Parishes may request to have a person included in the bulletin for prayers. We will adhere to the practice of including a name for one month before removing it. Prayer can always be requested again at any time.

ST. ANDREW’S PRAYER LINE

Members of our Parish who would like a member of

their family or a close friend put on our Prayer Line are

asked to call either Doreen Valade @ 315-212-5729 or

Ann Miller @ 315-353-2950. Please be sure the person

we will be praying for agrees to this before you call.

Everything you share with us is kept confidential.

SCRIPTURE STUDY Fr. Jack will resume Scripture Study

Tues., Sept. 10 at 10 am and Wed., Sept. 11, 6:30 pm

at the Raymondville rectory

FORMATION FOR MINISTRY Are you thinking about how to better serve in your

parish and learn more about the Catholic faith? The

new Formation For Ministry program may be for you!

All classes will be taken online through Boston

College’s Crossroads program. No need to commit

to attending a weekly class for two years.

Workshops and days of retreat and reflection will still

be a huge part of the program. For more information,

ANNUAL CABBAGE ROLL SALE The Norwood Knights of Columbus are having their

24th annual cabbage roll sale on Saturday,

September 21st from 9:00am until all are sold in the

church basement for $3.00 each. Pre-sale pick-ups

FIRST SATURDAY DEVOTIONS First Saturday Devotions on Sept. 7 at St.

Raymond's Rectory Chapel will include Rosary and

Confessions at 8:30 am and Mass at 9 am.

PVSR ALTAR AND ROSARY The Society is having a covered dish dinner meeting on Monday, September 9th at 5:30pm at the FAPC. The Society will provide the main course, please bring a dish to pass and join us as we plan our busy season of ministry. Information regarding the upcoming rummage sale and Fall Bazaar will be discussed. We hope to see you there.

FAITH FORMATION Our classes are starting soon. Information packets

will be given out on the first day of classes.

September’s Sunday schedule: 8th - Catechists

Meeting 9:00am – 10:00am (no students); 15th -

First class 9:20 – 10:20am, along with Catechetical

Sunday during Mass; 29th – Class 9:20 – 10:20am,

with Confirmation Orientation 5:30pm – 7:30pm for

both parents and candidates years 1 & 2. Light meal

included.
