SCHOOLTOURSWho doesn’t love a field trip? There is really no reason not to bring your students to the Akron Art Museum this year. Our tours are fun, educational, and interactive- no boring lectures here, thank you very much. The museum’s exhibitions and permanent collection address themes and concepts that apply to all subject areas from art to math to science and everything in between. If those aren’t reasons enough, the museum can reimburse your school or district for transportation and substitute teacher costs.
To schedule a visit online, click here: http://akronartmuseum.org/k12tours/
Or, contact Associate Educator Gina Thomas [email protected] x247
School Tours are made possible by gifts from the Mary and Dr. George L. Demetros Charitable Trust, the Haslinger Family Foundation and The Welty Family Foundation.
