CSP Modell


• Offers will have either tiered pricing or a flat price

• As a customer progresses through the tiers, the per unit price goes down

• Duration / term length – 1-5 years will be offered, any discounts or premiums based on the term length will be applied after tiered pricing is calculated

• ELA/Education/GELA discounts will not apply

• Active subscriptions across licensing contract affiliates will be considered to establish the starting tier

• Daily proration for co-terming and date syncing scenarios

Accessing DOTIYou can access DOTI from Partner Central, on the “Manage Customer Maintenance Programs (Renewals)” page.

Overview - GeneralDOTI opens on the Dashboard page.

Use the menu located to the upper left side of the screen to quickly access a list of your assigned customers, quotes, and transactions.


Overview - DashboardThe Dashboard view allows you to effectively manage your pipeline, showing:

A - the top 5 customers with a near maintenance renewal date

1. Click on “View all customers” to see all your assigned customers

B – recent transactions (quotes created by partner and transacted by customer or distributor)

C – expiring quotes

1. Use the filters to track quotes expiring within the next 0-30 days, 31-60 days, or 61-90 days.

2. Click on “View all quotes” to access a complete list of current active quotes you have created or quotes for which you have been granted visibility.

Overview - CustomersThe Customers page allows you to have a holistic view of all your customers. Efficient search, sorting and filter features will help you locate any customer in no time.

1. Use the “Search” feature to quickly locate a customer.

2. Use the “Sort by” to reorder the customers list.

3. Use the filters button to see all customers, those with an expiration date within the next 90 days, or customers with expired maintenance.

If the quote visibility is removed, the quote will appear in the list with status “withdrawn” and you will not be able to view the quote details.
