Dictation (1) Date: 5thMarch, 2019 (Tuesday) Chapter 1: Making things is fun! Module: Fun with making things
A. Vocabulary (40% @4%)

B. Read Dictation (60% @3%)
These are the steps of how to make the sandwich. First put an egg and some
salt into a bowl and beat them. Then heat a spoonful of oil in a pan. After that
pour the egg mixture into the pan and fry for one minute. Put the egg on a
slice of bread. Next fry five sausages for two minutes. Finally put the
sausages on the egg.
And these are the steps of how to make the decoration flowers. First use a
pencil to draw circles. Then use scissors to cut out the circles. Finally use a
stapler to staple the circles together to make flowers and put them on the
plate.

1. Use glue to stick the paper onto the box.
2. Use scissors to cut out the shape of the cat’s head.
3. Finally remove the pancake from the pan.

Buses are convenient. They’re quite fast too.
Although buses are fast, I don’t like the queues.
I don’t enjoy walking. Maybe I’m lazy.
The streets are so crowded, walkers are crazy!

still locked. But it was empty inside!’
5. The bank’s security guard is also missing. The police are looking into the
case. The bank will give a reward to anyone who can solve the case.
6. Zeek called the police chief. ‘Meet me at the bank in 15 minutes! I know how
the robber got into the bank!’ said Zeek excitedly.
