This is to inform all candidates who applied for the posts of Administrative Assistant, Electrician,Mason, Plumber and Carpenter that the written test will be conducted on ao" August 2013 as perthe, timing below in the conference hall of the Ministry: .

Time Category

, 10:00 AM-ll:00 AM Plumber

12:00 Noon-1:00 PM Electrician

2:00 PM-3:00 PM Mason

4:00 PM-S:OO PM Administrative Assistant & Carpenter "

For all categories, written test will be conducted for 25, marks and- it will be objective type based onspecific post. The written test will constitute 25% of the overall selection criteria.

Short listing of candidates for viva-voce will be done based on the written test. For every vacant postthree candidates will be shortlisted based on the written test score. Viva-voce is tentativelyscheduled on 4th & s" of September 2013 in the conference 'hall of the Ministry. Shortlisted nameswill be uploaded in the Ministry's web (www.mowhs.gov.bt) on 3rd September.

Candidates must bring all required documents in original forthe viva-voce.
