THE DAY WHEN MIRACLE HAPPENED

BUT STILL

EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED !

PROBLEM 1 :

Our team members is formed from different course and profession

Different schedule Hardly find a time for meeting during days Hence, our meeting time fixed at night after

dinner.

PROBLEM 2 :

The no. of kid participating on the day is twice than the no. of kid given during the pre-visit.

Given – 15 kidsOn that day – 30 kids

The no. of breakfast is not enough So, our team members breakfast is given to

kid.

PROBLEM 3 :

During the distribution of breakfast, kids choosing their favourite flavour.

However, we prepare 2 kinds of flavour which is chocolate and corn to make up 30 shares.

To stop this mess, I decided to give them instead of choosing it by themselves.

PROBLEM 4:

During the info sharing section, the boys refuse to sit with the girls.

Boys doesn’t want to join with the activity by watching video themselves.

I tried to pull back their attention to join back the group however it doesn’t work.

Without any other choice, I decided the activity carry out into 2 groups which my friend and I will share the info with the boys group by aside.

PROBLEM 5 :

Children’s concentration is limed for long hours. They will run around instead of sitting quietly

follow the instruction. I use lollipop to attract their attention to sit down. My friend and I taught the kid origami of the

jumping frog where they can play with it after.
