FAQs…• Q: How do I print a Certificate of Completion for classes I’ve completed? A: You may print certificates of completion as follows: click the ‛Completed Work’ pod

on your homepage; search for the Item title; hover the mouse over the title until a callout window pops up; and then click ‛Print Certificate’.

• Q: Will I be able to see which of my staff have completed their mandatory trainings? A: Of course, anyone designated as a supervisor in the LMS will have a tab labeled

‟My Employees”. Designated supervisors will be able to see what each has completed and what each employee is missing, via ‛Reports’.

network, it cannot be accessed through the internet.

• Q: Will I be able to register for classes using the LMS? A: Yes, in the future the LMS will be used to self-register for Mandatory EEO/COIB/
