Riesling• Some varieties suited to Warm climates e.g.

Cabernet Sauvignon• Some countries and regions are more proficient at

producing specific varieties than others.

• Note that New Zealand’s consumption of local product increased from 11.1 L/capita to 13.9 L/capita between 2008 and 2009
