Dominic has always had a fascination with Real Estate since purchasing his first home at 22 years old. Since then he’s owned several homes and investment properties. As a business owner in customer service and retail, he learned that relationships come first - ahead of making the sale or “closing the deal”. Dominic has found that listening to the client’s needs and wants were the key to delivering solutions that keep customers coming back for repeat business. The great thing about those repeat customers is that they have also turned into lifelong friends.
As a real estate agent for the past 8 years, Dominic has enjoyed the process of creating relationships and helping people attain their real estate goals and dreams. For him, the satisfaction of guiding a real estate transaction through the process from beginning to end, and bringing all of the “puzzle pieces” together is beyond words.
When he’s not helping clients with their Real Estate needs, you can find Dominic road cycling or mountain biking with one of the many cycling groups he belongs to. The beautiful terrain and outdoorsy, active lifestyle of Northern Colorado is what draws many people from all over to this area, including the Valdez family.
With soccer, dance, marching band and choir in mind, the demands of two busy daughters, Gillian and Zoe, keep Dominic and his wife Cynthia on their toes. Two Miniature Australian Shepherds, Lucy and Ryder, round out the Valdez family. Though Dominic and his wife have spent the majority of their lives just a short drive North in Wyoming, they enjoy an abundance of friends and family in the Fort Collins area and have adopted Colorado as their home.
