Location Report

The war memorial in Hull is often seen as a place of reflection and remembrance. This suits the short film because the character is reflecting on her life and remembering the events that led to her being in the state that she is. She is also paying respects to her loved ones that tragically died in an accident.

This area is located behind fruit down Humber Street. I chose this place to film because of the art on the wall. There were a few places in Hull that had the graffiti on the walls but this location gave a psychedelic feel to the film, just after she takes the drugs. I felt that this was an ideal location.

This is the same location as the last one but just further along. The worn down alley reflects the state of the characters mind and how she is all tattered emotionally. Filming in this location was a conscience decision of mine because it also reflects the mood of the film I wanted to have.

This was behind The Deep in Hull, it was just on the edge of the docks. It was a risky location but one I felt I had to film on because I got the desired shot, one of her about to jump off the edge, ending her life.
