SMH Campus on Capitol Hill in Seattle
Outpatient counseling, administrative offices, intake, chemical dependency, crisis and safety services, access and rapid access services*, employment programs and psychiatric/medication services.

Kasota Apartments – 45 Units SMH - Single room occupancy units with shared bathrooms and community living.

Hudson House – 71 Units Pioneer Human Services Affordable, permanent housing. 7 sleeper and 56 efficiency rooms, 7 studio apartments, and 1 one-bedroom.

SMH Supportive Housing
Kenyon House – 18 Units
A permanent home for people who are living with HIV/AIDS and who struggle with multiple diagnoses such as mental illness, chemical addictions, or histories of incarceration.
Service-enriched studio apartments for extremely low-income individuals with complex needs. On-site support services with daily transportation to Bailey-Boushay House's Adult Day Health Program. Includes laundry facilities, a remembrance garden and outdoor green space.

SMH Supportive Housing
Pacific Court, Tukwila (King County Housing Authority & Sound Mental Health)
Permanent housing with support services to formerly homeless adults. SMH provides case management, counseling, medication management and referrals to benefits.
On-site services are available to residents seven days a week and a peer specialist lives on site.

SMH Housing for Veterans & Homeless
McDermott Place – 75 Units Located in the Lake City area with the Lake City Community Center and Meadowbrook Pool located nearby.

Permanent, affordable units for homeless individuals, with 38 of the units designated specifically for veterans.
The ground floor tenant is North Helpline, which provides a food bank and a free medical clinic.
Named in honor of Washington State Congressman Jim McDermott, a trusted friend of affordable housing in the Pacific Northwest.

SMH Housing for Veterans & Homeless
Gossett Place – 62 Units Gossett Place provides permanent, affordable units in the University District neighborhood for homeless individuals and couples, including veterans.
LIHI is partnering with Sound Mental Health to provide supportive services, including employment, job training and counseling. The apartments were built green and sustainable with several energy efficient features. There is a no smoking policy to ensure good indoor air quality.
The project has been renamed in honor of King County Council Chair and human rights champion, Larry Gossett.
