Some of the buds are stupid frosty! Genotype B (I think) is so frosty I was almost tempted to run it

again, even after it popped balls the first time, but my common sense won that internal debate and I

gave the mom the axe a couple weeks ago. And I couldn't have been happier with the reds and purps

that came through with the flush, even more than I was hoping for!

Thanks Lead! I wish the reds could make it into the actual buds! The purple is still very present in the

tops of certain genotypes in the dried meds though!

with the n ug shots and I just finished scrapping a nice new batch of butane oil! I a m hap py to share

that I have a 12g rock of pure White Master Kush BHO sitting in front of me right now! And I am goingto take a fat dab of it to try out for the first time right now, so don't expect the photo updates until

tomorrow most likely!!

So I don't think anyone will mind if I share a bunch of pics that I took at different stages of the purging

process. To make the next 10 photos make sense then, I will plug in a little description of the current

stage above the picture I am talking about.

This first shot is taken at the same stage as the teaser macro, right after all cans of butane were blown

into the pan, before the pan was brought inside and cleaned of any debris with a paper clip.

After cleaning ( removed roug hly 30+ tiny specs of unknown contaminant, most likely plant material

that blew into the pan when I was loading the next tube) I scrapped the majority of the pan and

collected the oil in a thicker layer in the center of the dish. Here are a few shots of me scraping, realizingit still needed more purge from it being too viscous, and starting to heat it up again but in a thicker

layer this time:

At this point I did a second cleaning and removed an other 15+ micro-pieces of whatever and then let

the whole pan cool and settle (covered) overnight. Here is what it looked like this morning:

I thought it looked very nice in the last picture, and it was solid enough to touch for a second without

sticking, but you could only push it around like pushing a layer of clay in the ground, it would try to

stick to your finger and the pan and just wasn't satisfying me yet. I did another round of warm/hot

water baths for the tray and let the tray sit again for another half a day ( again covered). Here is what it

looked like tonight:

This made me , it had almost buttered without me even whipping, and I decided to scrap it and see

what h appened! I cou ldn't have been h appier with the result myself! Check it out for yourself:

What I ac tually said wa s that posting 5 pictures in someone else's grow log without having a ny

interaction with them before hand about the plants you were showing was rude. In this case, that

means in my opinion, you were being rude in doing exactly that. And what I asked you to do was delete

the picture-post, not remove the pictures and replace them with a sarcastic response to other viewers of

my grow journal. . .

Your response both privately and in my thread does a fair job of indicating th e type of person you a re,

and so I am not greatly upset by offending you slightly by calling you rude.

As I said in our private conversation, I hope tha t in the future our interactions can be of a more positive

nature, because you really do have great looking plants.

potency, smell, flavor, and visual appeal are all there in every genotype! Some have a stronger

astringent smell than others (which I am loving), but they all fill the room with a wave of kush when thejar is shaken and opened! Grab a pack or 2 if you can , so fa r from my experience I a m starting to think

I could honestly say that buying any pack of OGR beans is always going to be a great investment, but

the WU and WMK are really top notch, and definitely worth getting if available!

would check first, but in th e interest of keeping traf fic in-house here at The Farm, I would say the

search is one you will have to make on your own! I got really lucky in calling a club that was distributing

them a few hours after they got new stock last fall, and I was able to get the last pack of WMK put on

hold for me. . . . this wasn't even an internet drop, and all the WMK packs were gone in less than a day.

. . . like I started off by saying, good luck finding it, the search would be worth it IMO!

Thanks, and no problem Dirk! I was really bummed when part of my log disappeared, and all of myrecently created WIFi thread. . . but when I saw that the new photo size limit was upgraded to more

than 8x what it used to be, I got over it pretty quick and got excited about sharing what was lost in even

higher quality (even if some posts and info was lost)!! I am pumped to see you grow out all these

strains! They have all made me a very happy grower this year! And I still have White Super Skunk, Fire

Alien Kush, and White Fire Alien, all from OGR, and all sitting in my seed vault ready to show me what

they can do next year! The only thing that is still calling my name from his 2011 projects is his White

Strawberry Cough! And I recently found a pack that I could get my hands on if I pony up some cash

before its too late!

But all those got put on the back burner when I picked up a pack of Alien Grapevine a few weeks ago!

Those are the first beans I plan on popping this summer!

My list of new strains germinated so far this year are tre stardawg, wiesel diesel alien, tripoli wicked,

white urkle, white strawberry, motorbreath, and the kraken. and i still have like 10 more da nk pa cks to

Yea, I am p retty comfortable with the layout now also, a nd I enjoy the notification feature! I d o wish

there was a little better way to watch a thread and only get notified of posts from the creator of the

thread. . . but I just have to get in the habit of checking my news feed more. . . . it would also be nice if

there was a way to change filter settings on what comes in the news feed. I think maybe I'll put those

into a post in the suggestions section when I get time.

That strain list is very impressive! Have you finished a run with the White Strawberry yet? If so, how wasit? Good luck with everything! I think we are all seed junkies on this site, its just a matter of how bad

our habit is!

Well farmers, here we a re aga in, at the conclusion to my 3rd grow log on The Farm! I want to extend a

big thank you to everyone who a ctively watched the thread by commenting, questioning,

complimenting, correcting, or just liking posts throughout the last few months! And to the many

viewers who do not post, I hope you are enjoying the show, and feel free to jump in with related

questions/comments in any of my threads anytime you feel motivated!

Aside from smoke reports, I think this will be the last update for the White Master Kush, and also the

conclusion of my hunt for keepers out of the OGR gear I was able to run this year. So the biggest thank

you goes to OGRaskal, even thoug h h e is banned here, I still want to make sure he g ets the full credit he

deserves for creating all 3 amazing crosses I have been working with this year!!

In the past I have had fun with smilies and lots of spaces to stall the viewing of nug shots, and raisinganticipation. With the new server, I feel as though TECK did his best to prevent that kind of space

wasting by preventing any unnecessary spaces from existing even between sentences. Unfortunately for

Well thank you very much Shavits! I see other fa rmers trying ou t his even newer crosses that were not

previously released in '09 like all 3 of the crosses I have worked with so far, and I see some super fire

Thanks a bunch D! I wish I had found a more outstanding keeper. . . not that all 4 aren't amazing

smokes, but I mean, I wish I found one that stood well above the rest, just to make my choice easier! I

would ha ve kept all four, each has something I like about it, but 2 just had to go, I didn't want to risk

another hermie run. Now I have 2 that I want to run again, and see what they can do on round 2! Who

knows when I will have the space for that though. . . too many other good things coming out that will

end up taking priority! Did you ever get your hands on some WMK? or did you acquire enough other

proprietary stuff that you don't have the space for it right now either?
