Quiz Invigilation (1/3)

• For invigilation, every student needs to join a video meeting and live stream himself/herself on the meeting when taking a quiz.

• We will create a link of Google Meet for the video meeting before each quiz, please check the announcement on NEW E3.

• You should use your nycu email account to join the meet.• More information: https://it.nycu.edu.tw/it-services/mail-services/students-email/

• Please use your smartphone or other devices to live stream and mute your microphone when taking a quiz.

• We will record all the video meetings. The recordings will be saved until the end of this semester.

Quiz Invigilation (2/3)

• If you have any question when taking a quiz, you can send chat messages in the video call to ask questions.

• You cannot access any other websites besides NEW E3 during the quiz.

• When live streaming, you should show:1. The screen of your computer (not too close to your camera lest others may

see our answers)

2. Your face before the test starts (to confirm your identity)

Other Rules

• Plain papers for calculation are allowed. Make sure that there is no memo on it.

• When answering a question, calculation process is optional. (If your answer is wrong, we may still give you some points based on your calculation processes.)
