Conclusion

High-volume centers showed lower 30-day mortality after OSR for rAAA. (31.4% vs.

10.8%, p=0.002)

CKD was associated with 30-d mortality after OSR (HR, 4.375) and EVAR (HR, 2.105) for

iAAA, and OSR (HR, 3.499) for rAAA. (adjusted by age, sex, CCI, hospital type, region)

CKD was also associated with increased risk factor for 1-yr re-interv. after elective EVAR.

Outcomes of AAA treatment were not equivalent across regions but, the limited number

of cases dose not allow us to make any conclusion.
