Log into Cara
Logging into Cara requires Google Chrome to be open, Microsoft Security essentials/Windows firewall to
be running and you must use Internet Explorer to log in. Windows 8 users need Windows defender
instead of Microsoft Security Essentials.
Open Google Chrome and then minimize it.
Open Internet Explorer and navigate to https://access.cara.com
Note: Some users may need to run internet explorer as administrator in order to give IE the needed
access level. Simply right click on IE and select run as admin.
In the Username field, on the website, enter the name of your SwissAgentABC file. The file used as an
example in the manual was SwissAgent067, thus swissagen067 was entered into the Username field in
lower-case.
Open the RSA program and enter your pin. The password will be generated by the RSA program.
