1. Vehicle Registration is done at gate ,
Token and RFID Tag Issued.
2. Vehicle is Identified at gate by RFID
reader and its entry time is recorded
automatically.
3. Record Tare Weight of Truck at
Weight Bridge.
4. Vehicle go for loading at point where
vehicle number is in display its entry
time for loading is captured when
vehicle leave the warehouse its exit
time is captured to get the net
loading time .
5. After loading it again goes to the
weight bridge for final weight to
calculated net weight of fertilizer.
6. RFID Tag will be deactivated and
collected back for reuse.
Application Features • Date of operation.
• Registration number of the Truck.
• Driver Name, Transporter Name, Driver’s Mobile Number, Driving License.
• Tare ,Final weight of the truck and Net Weight of
Loaded Item.
• Time of entry and Exit of the truck at every location
with its Location.
• Loading Time of Truck.
• Net Operation Time .

Solution Functionalities Allow authorized Vehicles only:
Process and System will be implemented to only
allow registered to the facilities.
Entry of unauthorized vehicles will not get any
weight on weight bridge and no loading point will
be allotted to the vehicle .
Provision will be provided to Issue or Return the
tag for a vehicle. Complete record of who Issued,
when Issued and when Returned will be
maintained in a System.
Time of Entry/Exit Recorded: Time of each entry
and exits will show the efficiency of each
operations and also the current location of vehicle.
Truck weight: Weigh Bridge will record the weight
of the loaded vehicle. Weight record will also
contain other information such as date and time
stamp of when the vehicle was weighed and
vehicle number.
Solution Functionalities
Store Data Centrally: System will store data at Central
server so that data is shared between all the running
applications.
Fault Tolerance: In case system is not able to perform,
manual process will be well defined.
