Keeping fit !

o Keeping fit gives you a better chance of winning races during sports day in school.

o Our school committee helps to keep us healthy by planning the Fruity Friday Rota.

o We all have P.E which also helps us to keep fit in every way possible.

o We have playtime and lunchtime everyday and we can also keep fit during those times too.

o At lunchtime you are allowed to play with different outdoor toys and then at 5 to 1 they get took in.

How it affects our personality

It means during sports day you have a chance. Instead of in your head knowing that you can’t start doing things that you couldn’t do before. People are very happy about being fit and healthy in our school because they don’t want to be lazy and unhealthy.

You can stay fit by –

Eating fruits and vegetables

Eat healthy

Exercise for at least 60 minutes a day

and

Play sports
