Nacho Noguerol Solera y Pablo Ramos Romero Travel to London 21-28 July 2009

Sunday 21st. Departure to LONDON at 22.00. We arrived at London Standsted airport at 23.50.

At 00.15, we went by bus to the Royal National Hotel in Bedford Way, in Bloomsbury.

Lunes 22nd: We left the hotel at 10.00, then we went to Euston Station.

At 11.00 we came in The National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. After the visit we went to eat. At 14.45 we stopped at the KingCross Station and watched Harry Potter’s wall (Platform  9& ¾ ) and then we visited the Covent Garden and the Royal Opera House. In the evening we visited Leicester Square and Chinatown. At 18.30 we took the tube at Covent Garden to Euston Station.Then we Bought food for dinner.

Monday 23rd: We went to the Russell Square Station and we took the underground, black line. We visited The Big Ben and the Parliament. Then we went to the London Eye and we got on. At 12.00 we went to the park “Burgeses de Calais”. We watched the Westminster Abbey too. We ate “Fish and Chips”. Then we took the underground at Victoria Station until Tottenham Station. We visited Hamley’s and Liberty shops. At 18.00 we went to the Royal National Hotel.

Tuesday 24th: At 10:20 we went to The British Museum, founded in 1753, the British Museum’s remarkable collections span over 2 million years of human history.

Then we took the underground in Russell Square to Wimbledon Park. In Wimbledon we saw the tennis stadium. At 14.00 we ate and then we took the underground. At 20.00 we went to Picadilly Circus to celebrate Pablo’s

birthday. At 22.00 we took the underground at Picadilly Circus Station to Euston Station.Then we Bought food for dinner.

Wednesday 25th : At 10:00 we went to the CITY. We visited St Paul’s Cathedral , this is the Anglican

cathedral, built between 1676 and 1710. Then we saw the Millenium Bridge and at 12.00 we visited the Tate Modern, it is a national museum of international modern art.

Then we ate opposite to Tower Of London. At 16.00 we watched the Tower Bridge, over the River Thames that has become an iconic symbol of London. Then we visited the 30 St. Mary Axe. At 18.00 we watched the Broadgate Tower.

At 18.00 we took the underground at Picadilly Circus Station to Euston Station. Then we Bought food for dinner.

Thursday 26th: At 10.00, we took the underground at Euston Station to Sloane Square. First we looked the Stamford Bridge (stadium of CHELSEA).

Stamford Bridge opened in 1877. Then we visited the Natural History Museum, this was very big and interesting, this is one of three large museums of London. Then we went to Hyde Park, we ate opposite to the lake. At 16.00 we got on in the little boat. At 18.00 we took the underground at Picadilly Circus Station to Euston Station. Then we bought food for dinner.

Friday 27th: At 8.00 we went took the underground. We watched the Buckingham Palace and the changing of the guard. At 12:00 we went to Horse Guards and 10, Downing Street. We ate in Picadilly Circus and after we shopping in the sport shop. At 18.00 we took the underground at Picadilly Circus Station to Euston Station. Then we Bought food for dinner.

 

Sunday 28th: Departure LONDON-GRANADA at 17.50. Arrival at 21.35.
