Our new classroom workflow
feature is designed to assist
Educators to enrol and
manage students easier
and more effectively.
Our goal was to increase the
flexibility and applicability within
the structure of educational
abstracts such as Classes,
Learning Pathways and
Assessment criteria.

Students can interact with
content in an Academy
environment where they are
aided via In App notifications
which provides details of their
performance (Assessment
and Content completions)
and suggests progressions to
additional Content, Resources
and External Media.

We created a more accurate,
engaging learning experience.
Educators can now start to
plan their content and deploy
sessions faster. Educators can
set up to run a training session
for the students In Academy
classes and assign the pieces
of content that are being
taught at a location.

Notifications
Configure automated In-App
notifications will keep students
informed when certain events
are happening. For example,
when a student completes
an assessment or when a
new product is released.
The application will push a
notification to the student.
Once the notification has been
received by the student, they
have the option to share their
results via social media.

The L’Oréal Professionnel
Principles of Colour Game
provides learning about
colour theory, the L’Oréal
Professionnel colour
numbering system and
application of colour to the
hair. The focus of this game
delivers a visually attractive,
comprehensive and enjoyable
experience to the student
which uses educational
mechanics such as assessment,
learning pathways and
gamefication to encourage
progression through the
Principles of Colour Game.

Mixing Lab
Once a Student has proven
a level of knowledge in the
Principles of Colour Game,
they are able to use the L’Oréal
Professionnel Mixing Lab. This
tool generates mixing ratios of
various L’Oréal Professionnel
colouring products. The
mixtures are represented with
the real world vales for product
quantities, hair colouring
process and supporting product
technical documentation. The
students can use the L’Oréal
Professionnel Mixing Lab within
their salon as a guide to mixing
L’Oréal Professionnel colouring
products.

Salon Locator
The Salon Locator allows youto enter your current addressmanually, or you can tap on the ‘Geolocator’ button which will automatically pinpoint the nearest salon to your location.

Calendar
The Calendar allows you keep on top of your education programs while informing the user about up and coming courses. The calendar months are displayed in a horizontal list up at the top where the user can easily swipe left and right to navigate from month to month.
Booking forms are sent to thebookings manager which enables users to book a course online and preview all of the course options within the Digital Education Platform.

Resources
Access education material in your salon, home or anywhere. Resources enables a group of users to have access to their Digital Education media which includes individual collection PDF’s and product videos. These are all stored on the cloud which means easy access for both educator and student.

Drag & Drop
This feature enables users to drag photos, notes, answers or supplied images on to their workbook. This is accomplished by the user selecting the virtual object by ‘grabbing’ it and dragging it out of the container WR�D�GLͮHUHQW�ORFDWLRQ�ZLWKLQ the workbook.

Scribble Pad &
Highlighter
The digital Scribble Pad enables users to handwrite notes and add comments to photos or illustrations by using the touch functionality or with a stylus. This allows for freedom to create illustrations, mark headsheets, circle or highlight answers with in the workbook.

Camera Roll
The Camera feature takesadvantage of the device in-built camera. Users are able to take photos at any stage during the course and insert them into their workbook. This enables users to capture and document individual and group activities.
The Camera Roll stores all of the users photos in one convenient location for easy access. The user has the ability to enter the Camera Roll and select or delete any photos within. Once a photo has been selected, the user has the ability to Drag & Drop the photo onto their workbook.

Sticky Notes
The Note Pad within the Digital Education Platform is a simple text-only editor that provides users use of the device keypad. All of the user notes are stored within the course and on the page on which the notes were taken.
