• Install and operate 80 – 90 LMR facilities at sites located primarily in L.A. County.– One in both San Bernardino and Orange

County

• Approximately 115 sites being considered– 74 required to meet coverage and capacity

requirements of the contract– 15 additional sites required to meet Bounded

Area Coverage and Train requirements of the contract

– Remaining 26 intended as alternate locations if sites become unavailable.

Special Operations Test (SOT)

• Install and Deploy 25 In-Vehicle Routers• Create workflows • Create test plans• Identify personnel for test• Provide and complete training for systems and tests• Set Test start date (based on current construction schedule)• Create Criteria for Success and Measure for SOT
