Repaso

A verb unconjugated (no subject) is called the INFINITIVE form of the verb

There are three “classes” of infinitives in Spanish: –ar, -er, or -ir Ejemplo: bailar = to dance

envolver = to wrap recibir = to receive

When you conjugate a verb, you add endings according to which “class” of verb it is (ej: hablar takes –ar verb endings while comer takes –er verb endings)
