The onsite registration of participants and the welcome reception will take place on Sunday.

Paper presentations (lectures and posters), last minute poster communications and the exhibition are planned from Monday to Wednesday. The programme will be structured into parallel sessions, including an extended poster session with a poster party. Additionally selected posters will be given a short slot for oral presentation within the programme.

In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available. Please note that registrations received after 01 May 2016 may not appear in the list of participants. Confi rmation of registra-tion and the invoice will be sent after receipt of the registration. Conference tickets and list of participants will be available at the registration desk on site.

abstract submission for poster communications

The Loss Prevention 2016 Abstract Submission is handled by the European Process Safety Center (EPSC) on behalf of DECHEMA e.V. The call for authors wishing to present a contribution (lecture or poster) combined with a full scientifi c paper was already closed on 15 March 2015.

However, abstracts of one page (maximum of 500 words) for Poster Communications can be submitted until 1 March 2016, provided there is capacity available for further posters. Please note that these post-ers will not be selected for an oral presentation and will not be con-nected to a full paper publication.

The abstracts for Poster Communication will be reviewed within 3 weeks of their submission.
