God is omnipresent.
God is experienced as Artuperunjothi –
Divine light with abundant grace.
Why there are so many God?
God is one, when he creates he is called as Brahma When he
maintains he is Vishnu, when he destroys he is called rudhra,
When is graces he is called as sadhasiva.
One man is son to his father, husband to his wife,
father to a child. Similarly God has many dimensions.
Is God really there?
How to know that?
God is realized only when we realize our self?
God is one.

What ever you know about you till now as name, address,
company, body and mind are not you.
You are athma.
The body mind functions till
athma is in our body?
Heart, brain, kidney, nerves,
bone and lungs functions without our
intervention. How? Till the athma is in our body, all organs
functions properly.
Experience of athma is said as bliss-ecstasy.
Dont we need to realize our self?
come out of our false
identification?

What is lotus feet of lord?
God is omnipresent,
then how God will have feet?
How to surrender in the feet of lord?
Why we are not able to see-realize lord in
all the places?
God can be realized only when we see God in us.
So we need to realize our self-athma only after
that we can realize Lord.

How to realize our self-athma?
Where is our athma located?
Why we are not able to realize-see that?
To realize our self we need to surrender to
lotus feet of Lord.
As per the experienced siddhas, athma is located at the
center of our head. Its a divine light in the Sukshma state,
beyond our experience of body and mind.
There are seven layers of karma maya ego that prevents us
realizing our athma.

Why we suffer in our life?
Sometime we are able to over come sufferings?
Many times we are not able to overcome?
Modern science says only less than 5% intelligence
is used in human beings.
When we took birth we came with Prarabdha Karma also called as fate. with 5% intelligence we try to overcome
fate, many time we fail.
If we know the way to destroy the karma-maya-ego then our life will be happier!?
To know-realize the Athma we need to destroy the karmay-maya-ego in the seven veils.

What is the way to destroy the karma?
Where is surrender to lotus feet of lord?
Lotus feet of lord is the location in our body where
mind origin.
Its location of the place where divine light - athma
is expressed.
Its a door or entry point to athma. It is a divine secret.
Bagavathe geetha says If we surrender at lotus feet
all our karmas belong to paramathma-supreme lord.

Lotus feet of lords is our eyes.
Pupil of eyes are called as lotus feet. Divine light
of athma is expressed here. We need to surrender our mind there. It is almost impossible to do that? Then?
One need to obtain initiation at lotus feet of lord from a Gnana sarguru. It is called as Thiruvadi(lotus feet) deeksha.
Its opening of center of eyes through a qualified Guru.
In bakthi, karma and yoga we need to do
something with mind.
In the path of gnana we surrender the mind to lotus feet of lord.

How to do the meditation?
What happens when mind is surrendered to lotus feet?
Is that easy to do? After initiation/deeksha
we need to open our eyes and focus mind to pupil of eyes.
You will get sensation/feeling in the eyes.
We to need to stick to that sensation.
Pure heat is generated starts destroying the karma of seven
veils at pupil of eyes. The pure heat generated in this
meditation spreads all over the body.
Whole body becomes pure. when all the karma are destroyed
then we can realize the athman at meeting point of two
eyes.

Know in depth
Our right eye is encrypted as sun-eight-siva-chakra(lord
vishnu has wheel on right side)
Our left eye is encrypted as number two-sakthi-chank shell.
There are many songs sang about these encrytion.
On this meditation the divine light in two eyes merges
to third eye.
On continuous penance Whole body becomes divine light. We
need to open our eyes and do the meditation.

What is the qualification to obtain the
Thiruvadi initiation?
One should not eat non vegetarian food,
should not smoke,
should not drink alcohol and
should not kill animals in the name of God.
Even if one is doing all these want to have initiation, should
make a resolution to stop all these permanently and
approach Guru to obtain deeksha.
One need to offer Guru Dakshina to obtain initiation.
Both men and women are eligible.

When to do this Meditation?
This can be done at any time of the day.
There is no restriction on time.
Do this while sitting and working in the office.
If this is done as family its more effective.
This meditation can be done at temples Dargah and jeeva
samadhi.

penance?
This is the penance done to destroy our karma
and obtain gnana.
100% of the brain in activated. Life becomes peaceful.
