Dear Church Family...

Happy New Year!

It’s hard to believe that we are one year away from 2020! But until that year comes, we have much to do at Shiloh Terrace. First, we need to complete our exploration of permanently going to one Sunday morning worship service. I am still visiting classes and receiving feedback. Almost all of the feedback relates to music style and volume.

So far, the overwhelming majority of the people with whom I have spoken are in favor of going to one service. Yet, I am burdened for those who physically cannot tolerate the volume of the music. Therefore, I will ask the church to elect a Worship Team to join me in studying the issue for possible solutions.

Until the team completes its work, we will return to our schedule of 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. worship. We will also plan some additional combined worship services on a regular basis. Your faithfulness to attend worship is more important than ever!

Our primary concern remains to seek God’s will for His church because it’s not about me, and it’s not about you. It’s about Jesus and what He is leading us to do together to have a loving, unified, and healthy church as we follow Him.

Your servant in Christ, Pastor Craig
