Employee Visa Process

Terms & Conditions

For foreign company names AED 2000 will charge extra and any special names like

abbreviations, International, Gulf, Global etc AED 1000 extra will charge to payment voucher.

Maximum trade name fee for license is AED3000.

The business activity should be reflected in company name.

If the company names is of a person, that person must be a partner/owner.

The name should not indicate Allah’s name nor God or his divine attributes.

The name should not be of a country nor Government name.

Sponsorship is available from AED 6,000 onwards.

Customer will have a dedicated Business Consultant from Charters International.

Partner/Investor will have the full authorization to perform any Financial & Non Financial

transaction on behalf of the company if sponsor from A1.

Activities will be added to license subject to approval from related authority.

All Fees mentioned is based on Government bills and any variation will refund or add to the bill.

All Original bills from government will be provided to client except visa package.

We shall not be liable for any delays caused from government authorities in the processes.

Local sponsor & partners has to present in department / authority if required.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer for authenticity and originality of all the documents

and information which will be submitted to the government authorities. E.g.- Tenancy Contract ,

NOC form the sponsor ,Passport Copies ,Visa pages etc

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide all required documents for process.

Validity of this proposal is 30 days.

Mode of payment :

Service charge:50% advance and 50% on completion of work.

Work cash : Full in advance or as per payment schedule to concerned authority.
