“IRIS gave me a unique opportunity to observe myself and formed an important part of my learning process through self assessment. It gave me the chance to think about my presence, habits and traits and see them through my own eyes rather than through the eyes of others.

I noticed I said ‘wonderful, well done’ and ‘excellent’ a lot and I fiddle with my hair. Not things I would want to change!

It was wonderful to see the kids from a different angle, I could sit and watch them close up and see who did what. I could be disengaged from the teaching process and see learning in another way.”
