The Platform

The Loyakk Vega Business Relationship platform will leverage patent-pending nested-blockchain architecture and a proprietary consensus mechanism to share and/or movedata and value between business network participants based on identity, relationshipand business rules. The Token

The Loyakk token performs specific critical functions within the value web. Firstly, allparties using the Loyakk Vega platform require the Loyakk token to invoke anymicroservice on the platform, and interact & transact on the Loyakk-powered ValueWeb Network. The Loyakk token is also a carrier of data along with rules that enablethe key functions highlighted below that govern business interactions across theLoyakk-powered Value Web Network.

The Loyakk Token enables Permissioning, Standardization and Propagation of Data,Value & Rules across the Business Network, as described below :

Permissioning - The Loyakk token ensures that confidential data can be viewed oraccessed by only authorized parties that need to have access. The Loyakk tokenincludes the permissioning rules that sets the appropriate visibility and access controlrules for the network – be it at individual, team, organization or cross-company wide.

Standardization - The Loyakk token specifies the common interface, standard formatsand the rules for data interchange and interoperability so multiple parties can smoothlyinteract and transact with each other on the network. This also helps creates a single,immutable version of the truth on the blockchain for all parties and their respectivesystems of record.

The Application

The Loyakk Vega Business Relationship Platform’s Application Layer includes a set ofpurpose-built application modules that enable an enterprise to manage relationshipsacross its business network of customers, channel, partner, distributor and vendors.

High-Tech Industry Business Relationship Use Case (B2B)

Enterprises will enable Hi-Tech businesses to rethink their High Value relationshipsacross their business networks. By bringing partners, contractors, resellers and othersales agents into the sales cycle, businesses will be able to transform how they engageacross their global ecosystem.

A software vendor, for example can utilize Vega for the entire RFP to proposal tocontract to project execution and payment lifecycle. The vendor can securely shareconfidential and selected customer and deal information with specific partners (or a

In the use case above, an High Net Worth (HNW) client buys expensive Jewelry from aretail outlet. The retail outlet does an instant credit check, approves the client and makesthe sale. The financial advisor is notified about the transactions and alerted that theclient’s portfolio’s allocation has changed vis-à-vis the client’s risk profile and the model.The Portfolio manager makes the necessary investment decisions to rebalance theportfolio and notifies the client.

Vega will enable Wealth Managers to instantly report portfolio changes to all clients thatare using the model, as well as enable real-time views of individual account performanceand variances. Also, smart contracts would allow for automatic fee payment say, everytime the model is used or downloaded. With a distributed ledger, you can also reduce theamount of reconciliation needed as in the case of a central, master ledger while eveneliminating some of the intermediaries used for settling and executing trades.
